Aviza Technology, a company founded on 40 years of expertise in semiconductor processing equipment and a dedication to customer support, is a leading supplier of advanced wafer processing equipment for the worldwide semiconductor industry.

Established in October 2003, the company can trace its roots back to 1962 to the establishment of Thermco, an Orange, California-based supplier of heater element assemblies to the semiconductor industry.

As the semiconductor equipment supplier base has matured and became more vertically integrated, Aviza Technology has evolved into a complete solutions provider– developing the technologies and process solutions that today’s chipmakers rely on for their latest-generation devices.

The company’s continuous innovation in technology and endless pursuit of engineering excellence have resulted in three distinct lines of products: thermal processing furnaces, atomic layer deposition (ALD) and atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD), all of which are designed to help chip manufacturers meet the challenging needs of semiconductor processing.

The company has a global support infrastructure, with offices in the United States, Germany, France, UK, Taiwan, Japan, ROC, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore, that is always available to help customers achieve their manufacturing goals with world class product support, field service, technical training, and more.
